Menifee, Ca: 2/19/10– Monster Energy/Factory Kawasaki’s Ricky Dietrich arrived in Piramer, Argentina early this week to start his pre-week training and run for Argentina’s largest annual Enduro Beach Race known as “Enduro Del Verano” (Summer Enduro). This is by far one of the largest Enduro Beach races in the World and Dietrich podiumed here in 2009 and is looking to take the win for 2010. Team Manager- Jason Smigel and Factory Kawasaki mechanic- Jeff Decker made the 6100 mile trip to assist Dietrich in taking home this Summer title.
“I love coming down here. The people are awesome and the race is perfect. I love to ride sand, so this fits me really well. I’m looking forward to hooking it up this weekend for sure, said Dietrich on Wednesday. I can’t thank Kawasaki of Argentina enough for bringing us down here to do this race and I’m really looking forward to honoring them with the trophy come this Sunday.
Ricky’s 1 hour Pro race will take place on Sunday. Dietrich will sport the #80 in his O’Neal Vented American flagged gear aboard a full decked and built Kawasaki of Argentina, Decker tuned Kawasaki KX450. Dietrich will return early next week where he will return to the WORCS series for Round #2 at Buffalo Bills Resort Casino on Feb. 28th.
