Last weekend in Mesquite, Nev., FMF/KTM Off-road rider Kurt Caselli captured the 2010 Rocky Mountain MC World Off Road Championship Series title. As dune season approaches, the slow economy is expected to continue its visible impact on the Imperial Sand Dunes Recreation Area (ISDRA). Fewer visitors means fewer funds collected from the Recreation Permit Sales. These funds pay for emergency medical personnel, pit toilet maintenance and trash dumpster service. As we come to the end of the 10th year anniversary tour, I think back to all the years behind us and the years in front of us yet to come. There have been so many champions and great stories along the way. As many of you know, I came to WORCS as just another racer like all of you. CBS Expands Lucas Oil Motorsports Coverage

With the 2010 Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series season winding down, some are already looking to the 2011 season and the many exciting prospects that it has in store. Among these is a terrific television package brought on by CBS, which should keep fans glued to their screens in the coming year.
2011 will see Lucas Oil Motorsports featured in no less than 11 hours of programming during the well-known CBS Sports Spectacular, with a large portion of this airtime being dedicated to the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series.
