March 26, 2010 – Woodcliff Lake, NJ – Husqvarna racers beat mother nature and long odds to bag a couple top 10 finishes. U.S. Desert Racing Association #1 plate holder Nick Burson battled a bad three-kick start and extremely dusty conditions near Murphy, Idaho, while Glenn Kearney was in the woods for a very muddy GNCC round this past weekend. When all was said and done, Nick nabbed ninth in the AMA National Hare & Hound and Kearney overcame a mid-race collision to come back up to sixth in round #3 of GNCC series at Steele Creek, West Virginia. GLEN HELEN DROPS OUT OF AMA NATIONALS
March 29th, 2010Glen Helen Raceway regretfully announces that it will not host Round two of AMA 250/450 Nationals on May 29, 2010.
There has been long negotiations between MX Sports and Glen Helen Raceway in regards to the event. As a previous host of more than 14 AMA Nationals and three GP’s over the last 20 years, Glen Helen has proven to be a world class venue (and so do the fans who have flooded the gates in large numbers over the years). Davi has been preparing for the upcoming season over the past 4 months, honing his MX skills and looking to open the next chapter in his racing career- ATV Motocross. (March 4, 2010) – On March 6th and 7th , the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series will be in Las Vegas, Nevada as the 2010 short course off road racing season kicks off at Las Vegas Motor Speedway. With an unprecedented group of entries making their way to Las Vegas for this event, the new track in Las Vegas will host some of the largest fields ever seen on the short course off road racing circuit.
Carl Renezeder completed his 2009 season by taking championships in both the Pro 2 and Pro 4 Unlimited truck classes. March 5th, 2010This is my ATV rider- Davi Haagmsa. Davi rides for the MCR Racing team in the WORCS series aboard a MCR/Curtis Sparks tuned #1P Honda 450R. In the AMA ATVA MX series, Davi will ride his privateer backed Maxxis/Roll/Elka/ Kawasaki #422 KXF450 for the H&M Motorsports team. This video captures his life at home and preparing for his first ever AMA tour. They leave Saturday for Alabama where the series will kick off, Mar. 27-28th in Pell City, AL at Millcreek. This kid has a tremendous amount of talent and work ethic as he will compete in both the WORCS & AMA/ATVA this year. Ricky Dietrich Race Report: WORCS Rnd #2 (Primm, NV)

Monster Energy Kawasaki’s Justin Soule and Ricky Dietrich showed their speed on the rough and sandy track as each rider took his first podium spot of the season, finishing second and third, respectively, at the second round of the WORCS series at Stateline in Primm, Nev. Teammate Destry Abbott finished ninth after a hard month battling the flu. Along with the team riders finishing in the top-10, Kawasaki grabbed six of the top-10 spots with Jonathan Davis in sixth, Gary Sutherlin in seventh, and Robby Bell in eighth. Pro 2 class rider Ryan Abbatoye demolished the competition the whole weekend with a dominating victory in both Saturday’s 450A race and Sunday’s Pro 2 main event. Read the rest of this entry »
