With combined efforts from the District 37 Big 6 Grand Prix clubs, the city of Avalon and many others, made possible the seemingly impossible task of bringing this unique event back to life. The Catalina GP hadn’t taken place since 1958. 52 years later, the small Island off the coast of Long Beach, California once again was the setting of this picturesque, historic event and had capital COOL written all over it.
