2012 AMA ATV Motocross Series National Schedule Announced
Morgantown, W.Va. (October 17, 2011) – MX Sports Pro Racing and ATVPG announce today the 2012 schedule for America’s most prestigious and longest standing ATV racing series – the AMA ATV Motocross National Championship Series presented by DWT. Valcourt, Québec, October 14, 2011 – Can-Am DS 450 racers won seven class championships and earned a total of 15 top-three finishes in other classes after the final race of the 2011 New England ATV Motocross series. Motoworks / Can-Am DS 450 Pro class competitor Josh Creamer came up 15 points short in his quest for a Pro championship due to a broken chain in the first Pro class moto. The Powerline Park GNCC Side by Side and Pro ATV Race Report
St. Clairsville, Ohio, October 8, 2011
National Guard Polaris Coastal DragonFire Yokley Racing Team driver William Yokley finished 1st Overall and 1st in the Side by Side Open Modified Class. National Guard Polaris Coastal Yokley Racing Team driver Scott Kiger finished 31st Overall and 17th in the same class after being involved in a mishap. There were 45 total entries with 22 Open Modified teams in the race today. William’s guest passenger was Steve Gieble, and Scott’s passenger was Joe Waligora.
National Guard Coastal Yokley Racing Pro ATV Team rider Jarrod McClure finished 6th Overall and 5th in the XC1 Pro ATV class. There were 145 total entries with 14 XC1 Pro riders. Read the rest of this entry »

Borich looks to extend his lead, Fowler goes for 11 in a row

PELCHAT WINS ATV TITLE ON DS 450; HOLZ WINS INAUGURAL SIDE-BY-SIDE TITLE IN COMMANDER 1000 X
Valcourt, Québec, October 5, 2011 – In front of 45,000 fans, Can-Am X-Team Pro ATV racer Richard Pelchat topped an all-Can-Am DS 450 podium in winning the ATV portion of the Montreal Supermotocross event held at Olympic Stadium in Quebec, Canada. Fellow Can-Am racer Mark Holz also recorded a class victory, piloting the No. 673 Holz Racing / Motoworks / Can-Am Commander 1000 X to an historic win in the inaugural Side-By-Side class event. Glen Helen Pro Podium – Beau Baron 1st, Dustin Nelson 2nd!
Fallbrook CA 9/23/2011 – San Bernadino, CA – All eyes were on the front runners as WORCS round seven proved to be anything but predictable. After an hour and forty minutes of racing, it was Beau Baron that claimed the checkered flag at Glen Helen – his first WORCS win this season. “After I got into the lead, my work was not done and there was no time to relax because I could still see Warnia, Haagsma, Frederick and Nelson charging, and they were not going to let me breathe easily,” remembered Baron. “This race has really tightened up the series points chase and makes the battle for the championship more exciting. I am going to do my best to prepare for the final two rounds, and no matter how it ends it is sure to be exciting.” Baron currently sits just twelve points out of first place.
