HUSQVARNA KILLS IT AT XTINCTION EXTREME ENDURO
Cory Graffunder In Contention On Both Sides Of The Border, Desert Ace Burson Beats The Heat In Canada
September 2 – Woodcliff Lake, NJ – Zip-Ty Racing Husqvarna teammates Cory Graffunder and Nick Burson used their summer break from desert racing to compete in some Extreme Enduro action. Already considered one of the best ever off-road racers ever to come from Canada, Graffunder returned home to confirm his reputation with a dominating win at the infamous Xtinction Extreme Enduro; then he slipped south of the border to make it into the mix at the National EnduroCross round in Indianapolis. HUSQVARNA RACE DEBUT PUTS NEW TE 449 ON THE PODIUM
GNCC Hero Juha Salminen Returns To World Enduro Competition In Style!
September 2, 2010 – Woodcliff Lake, NJ – GNCC hero and 7-time world champ Juha Salminen made Husqvarna racing history by putting the all new 2011 TE 449 onto the podium for its very first World Enduro Championship points in Serres, Greece this past weekend. After being sidelined with a serious injury that forced him to miss rounds 3, 4 and 5 of the series, the Husqvarna Motorsport E2 class rider returned with a vengeance at the GP of Greece. July 22, 2010 – Woodcliff, NJ – At the recent dealer meeting held at Mid-Ohio in conjunction with AMA Vintage Motorcycle Days, Husqvarna took the wraps off a couple more new 2011 models. In a fitting tribute to the AMA’s “Marque Of The Year” brand new WR250 and WR300 demonstrate Husqvarna’s ongoing commitment to two-strokes. Jeff Konicke Named Dealer Relations Representative
May 19, 2010 – Woodcliff Lake, NJ – Husqvarna Motorcycles NA is proud to announce the addition of Jeff Konicke as the new Dealer Relations Representative for the western region. In this new role, Konicke’s primary responsibility will be to manage the ever growing Husqvarna Dealer network in all aspects of dealer support, including sales, after sales and service. March 26, 2010 – Woodcliff Lake, NJ – Husqvarna racers beat mother nature and long odds to bag a couple top 10 finishes. U.S. Desert Racing Association #1 plate holder Nick Burson battled a bad three-kick start and extremely dusty conditions near Murphy, Idaho, while Glenn Kearney was in the woods for a very muddy GNCC round this past weekend. When all was said and done, Nick nabbed ninth in the AMA National Hare & Hound and Kearney overcame a mid-race collision to come back up to sixth in round #3 of GNCC series at Steele Creek, West Virginia.
