Morgantown, W. Va. (December 5, 2011) – Over 1200 racers, fans and family from all over the country came together in Morgantown, W. Va., to celebrate not only a season of Can-Am Grand National Cross Country Series racing, but to honor their GNCC family members and reminisce the good times on and off the course. National Guard Polaris Coastal DragonFire Yokley Racing Team driver William Yokley finished 1st Overall and 1st in the Side by Side Open Modified Class. National Guard Polaris Coastal Yokley Racing Team driver Scott Kiger finished 31st Overall and 17th in the same class after being involved in a mishap. There were 45 total entries with 22 Open Modified teams in the race today. William’s guest passenger was Steve Gieble, and Scott’s passenger was Joe Waligora.

Fallbrook CA 2/15/2011 – Beau Baron wins the iconic Adelanto GP in the ATV Expert Class. Roll Design dominates Adelanto GP with 4 Top 5 finishes.
Racetown 395, in collaboration with Off Road Sports, announced in late December it would take over the 30-year motorsport event, after the former organizers last year said they could no longer run the race amid budget issues. However, after an agreement with the city of Adelanto the race was back on for 2011. Off Road Sports, LLC management set out to put more structure and safety built into the Adelanto GP racing. Saddle Up Boys, We’re Goin’ Out West
With the GNCC series on Summer Break, a few of the XC1 ATV riders packed up and crossed the country to Washington state to see what WORCS racing is all about. Defending champion of this event Chris Borich returned, bringing with him Adam McGill, Johnny Gallagher, and former WORCS regular Jarrod McClure. It’s great to see that WORCS has gained their attention, hopefully we’ll see more of them come out here in the future.
