 WORCS ATV PRO REPORT- Round 7 Straddleline WA
Story by: Justin Waters (WORCS ATV PRO Racer)
In 2008, Josh Frederick was able to clinch the WORCS ATV Pro Championship even after getting a DNF at the final round. In 2009, Beau Baron only needed to finish in the top 10 to win the championship and take the #1 plate away. In 2010, with only two rounds of competition left, Frederick and Baron are separated by only 2 points. The title this year is likely going to come down to who can beat who in the final two rounds!  The stator went out in the race Rhino this past weekend. It was not running well for practice and on Saturday, a friend of mine helped me out immensely by tearing into the motor to see what was the problem while I was out sweeping. After calling every bike shop within 75 miles, I was out of luck for finding a stator. What to do? I put the blue Rhino through its paces and managed a podium spot. Saddle Up Boys, We’re Goin’ Out West
With the GNCC series on Summer Break, a few of the XC1 ATV riders packed up and crossed the country to Washington state to see what WORCS racing is all about. Defending champion of this event Chris Borich returned, bringing with him Adam McGill, Johnny Gallagher, and former WORCS regular Jarrod McClure. It’s great to see that WORCS has gained their attention, hopefully we’ll see more of them come out here in the future.

Letter from Sean Reddish-I hope that everyone is enjoying the break and recharging your racing batteries. What a championship season we are having! The amateur ranks of racers have been competitive and watching the 50cc and 65cc classes race this year has been a tremendous amount of fun. We have challenged the kids with more off-road to get them ready for the next step. The parents are always nervous but the kids just love it and the stories are very unique.

 The first weekend of racing at the 2010 Monster Energy Mammoth Motocross is in the record books and Timmy Weigand picked up where he left off 3 months ago, winning, winning and winning again for a clean sweep.

 (June 1, 2010) Chandler, AZ – Revolt Powersports Media, LLC has been working very hard at completing this project for our USAF soldier. The graphics have been completed by Master Designs www.masterdesigns.com). The graphics were adhered to Laker Custom plastics with race cut fenders. (www.lakercustoms.com). The plan was to take it to the WORCS ATV race being held at Cahuilla motocross track (www.Cahuillacreekmotocross.com) located in Anza,Ca July 4-6 and have it on display at the Roll Design/Elka pit. LETTER FROM SEAN: This has been a busy few days leading up to Honey Lake. Traxxas has come on board to sponsor three rounds of the Motorcycle series for a the Traxxas Triple Crown. Honey Lake, Glen Helen and Mesquite will locations for the triple crown. This should be very exciting in the pits and a whole lot of fun. Bring your Traxxas car and have fun on the custom built track. The Traxxas semi will be at all three events. Triple Crown Awards given at the year end banquet.
